Mental Health Support: PRIDE MIND Helpline
At Pahal Foundation, we recognize mental health as a fundamental component of overall well-being, especially for individuals from gender and sexual minority (GSM) communities who often face stigma, isolation, and discrimination. Our mental health program is designed to provide compassionate, confidential, and queer-affirmative support to those in need.
We offer both face-to-face and telephonic counseling services, delivered by trained queer-affirmative counselors who understand the unique challenges and lived experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals. Whether someone is dealing with anxiety, depression, identity concerns, family rejection, or the emotional impact of HIV, our counselors are equipped to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support.
Our dedicated mental health helpline, PRIDE MIND, can be reached at 8810211895. This helpline provides a safe and confidential space for community members to talk, express, and seek guidance—no matter where they are.
Through individual counseling, group support, and referral services, we aim to build emotional resilience, promote mental well-being, and foster a culture of care and solidarity within the LGBTQ+ community.
